Scaffold Inspection Notes
To meet the requirements of the Work at Height Regulations 2005 it is the scaffold user's / hirer's responsibility to ensure that all scaffolding has been inspected as below.

Following installation / before first use.

At an interval of no more than every 7 days thereafter.

Following any circumstances liable to jeopardize safety of the installation e.g high winds.

Scaffolding inspection notes
Scaffolding must be inspected following installation and before first use and every seven days after that or following any circumstances liable to jeopardize the safety of any installation, such as high winds. We can issue you a detailed scaffolding report.
